Ivan was helpful, knowledgeable, provided good suggestions, very responsive! The staff did a wonderful job on my gates! I love them! They improvised the metal gate to keep the critters out with such a great attitude. The installer pointed out a segment on my fence near the gate which was very loose, and offered to repair it! I would definitely hire them again!

Went to fence factory, made an appointment to discuss purchasing steel gates on both sides of my home install. White and gave him pix. He took measurments and said it would be 5 -8 business days for quote and would let me know. After 2 weeks no response. I called and spoke to employee that came out. He said “oh yeah, did you give me a picture of what you want?” I confirmed he had the pix. He was checking on color of white i wanted he said and would get right back to me . That was over 6 weeks ago. No follow up call , no email.

Called Fence Factory and two other fence companies looking for a quote for some residential work. Fence Factory answered the phone and scheduled an appointment, the other two never responded. Ivan the sales guy/estimator showed up on time, listened to what I wanted done, provided his perspective then emailed a quote a day or so later. The installation guys did an outstanding job, exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend.

Starting from the start - I was referred to this company by a close family friend. The estimating process was simple, they accommodated my schedule by coming out on a Saturday to check out our fence project. I received the estimate about a week later, which didn't include all the items that we discussed during the initial inspection. Fence Factory was busy due to Covid complications and we scheduled for a few months later. All of this was no big deal. My reason for the low rating was due to the lack of communication between Fence Factory employees which led to a less than stellar final product. I was asked by the estimator what size gap I wanted between the boards and we actually took his recommendation for a small gap of 1/4" - he told us he thought it would look better. The seriously disappointing thing is that in over 200 feet of fence, there is no gap smaller that 1/2" which is twice the size of what we discussed/he recommended. There are nails protruding through the backside of the fence which is dangerous for my small children and pets. They installed a gate in a wrong location and to correct the problem they put another gate next to it so we now have two single gates right next to each other. Communication between Fence Factory and myself was spotty. They offered to come look at the fence after I let them know it was built incorrectly, but they should have looked at it before they "wrapped up" to see that it was built wrong in the first place. There was absolutely no quality control. After I sent pictures to them showing my concerns they never responded to my email. I finally called the store manager and let her know about my experience, but at the end of all this I didn't want them back at my property. I spent a significant amount of money on this fence and due to either their laziness or just total lack of communication amongst themselves I'm left with a fence that is totally different than what I was bid for, and having to find a way to fix their mistakes myself. I would not recommend this company, and I will let my friend know that he should stop recommending them also.
