For live load, go love's and wait for phone calls after check in. I got call after 40 mins, loaded within 20 mins. Thumbs up for the dock workers. Only downside is 2 hours waiting for paperwork.

So I tried your bacon for the first time and I thought it tasted really good but I got the thick cut one and if that was thick cut, I’d really hate to see what your thin cut looks like cause that was pretty thin on the thick cut so I just thought I’d let you know. Thank you but it was good bacon I enjoyed it

I called to check on load asked what was the process of checking in was told to go straight to the guard shack and my load was ready. Trailer was already washed out before I arrived so I didn’t have to go to the washbay. I just had to go drop the empty trailer in there drop yard

So I asked the guys if I should take my load locks out knowing I back in with the doors closed. They said no you can leave them. Then after I got loaded they tell me they didn't even move them. I get to the receiver and I find all 4 of them under the last pallet. 0 stars for that. How hard is it to move. Now I'm out $120

Drop and hook for me. Check in at the gate. Walk to the office where they’ll give you your bills. Park your empty across the street, all the way in the back if it’s clean (don’t know where you park it if it needs a wash out). Go back to guard where they’ll send you to the back of the building for your loaded trailer. Then back to the guard to verify seal. Easy Peasy

appointment yesterday at 16.30, check in 15.30, said that no products will be the next day. At 1 pm called and gave the dock station, now 3pm and still waiting, I think not soon. In general, I'm here for 24 hours. Draw your own conclusions.

If you're live loading most likely you will spend all day waiting for product here. Do not recommend unless it's pre-loaded. Terrible if you ask me. Had nothing going back to Wisconsin and accepted this broker load. Hopefully never again.

Attempted pickup in the early am. 4 yard guys sitting doing nothing. 4 guys in the guard shack, sitting looking at phone. Me going back to 1 yard then to the other attempting to locate wash bay, no sign. Had to get out of truck ask yard guy. Bay 12 btw. 1 spot to drop trailer. Back to other side to get bills. Rude unhelpful girl. Then back to yard then finally leave. What should take 20 minutes took 1 hour . Maybe someone at this facility could find workers who are helpful and actually do their job That would probably help.
