Same experience as the guy below. It took two months just to get the adjuster out. Turns out he had been going to the wrong house. That alone exponentially decreased my confidence in him. Then, the estimate covered the damage INSIDE, but they didn't want to cover the storm damage to the roof itself. Why would you cover the effect but not the cause? Ridiculous, and the check came way more than 60 days after we first sent proof of loss, yet it did not include the state mandated interest for being late. I reported this to Michigan DIFS. You have the right to do the same if they're treating you badly.

I’ve switched companies, terrible experience with them. Took 5 months to get a claim approved and they write you off after it’s closed. They say something different every time you speak with them. Didn’t take the time to make sure the contractor was licensed. Turns out he wasn’t, and botched my roof. Insurance company told me it’s not their problem.
