This particular Farmers insurance agency is one of a kind. You always get a person to help you when you call and you don't have to work with any one of them specifically. If the person you started a process with is helping someone else, the person who took your call jumps right in and helps you. Maggie, Lisa, Analia, Marcy, Teresa. Doesn't matter, they are all wonderful to work with. A true breath of fresh air.
