Lori talked me into using Farmers for workers compensation insurance for my business and then failed to present me with the owner exclusions forms. This cost me close to $4,000. When I asked her to rectify the problem, she basically just avoided me and didn't help. She is very nice but not good at her job!!! I'm now having to spend time filing a small claims against her and Farmers. Thanks for the great insurance Lori!
