Getting home owners insurance can be difficult. My phone call was answered very quickly. Lisa knew right away what I needed. She asked some question and I asked her some. A few minutes later she gave me a price for a new home owners policy. I said sounds good to me. Everything turned out just as she described it. I am happy with the experience.

Looking to move to Ojai Vickie passed away and lisa took over she lost my payments charged me for 2 years for a car that was sold I called to let them know the mileage that had on my vehicle was changed to some high mileage when it was a brand new car and I never really drove it for whatever reason she took it upon herself to change it. I even took a picture to give to the second lady from Farmers insurance and she could not believe it during the fires I was robbed and she didn't help me do anything during the fires there was some fire damage and again she didn't help me she never got me anything and I just couldn't take it anymore so I moved over with someone else in town who found all these things to be true that she had done charging me and changing my odometer like I said and just taking my money for a car that I hadn't even owned and she never made it right what she said that corporate new about it the main office knew what she was doing like that was okay that she was robbing me so I would really look at my statements and I would just watch everything she does scrutinize it because I guarantee you'll find something that is wrong I also had life insurance on my son who passed away and so 3 months told her changed the policy name to my grandson's name she said I no longer had a policy that my son had wrote a letter telling her that he didn't want the life insurance even though he didn't know about it I paid she said that he didn't want it even though he didn't know about it and I was paying for it as a parent and she says that was okay too. I was deeply engaged in my grief there was no way I could argue with her months later I called her still grieving but I wanted to get to the bottom of this legally she should have kept that letter for 7 years she said she didn't know where she put it he would have never wrote the letter because he did not know about it she lied she hadn't kept the letter or she didn't know where she put it so I could see no letter but yet she justified it all those years come to find out that the money was gone and that my son wrote a letter saying he didn't need it he had no right to do that and neither did she it was my insurance he didn't know about it so she LIED
