We had used our family Farmers agent for years. That relationship went from my parents and continued with me for many years. After a while, their service and attentiveness became lacking. Lily was able to come in and help us immediately and bring the service level back up. Last year, one of our vehicles was vandalized with three windows broken by some creeps. Lily stepped in and helped get things resolved immediately. She not only helped file our claim, but was also able to retroactively increase our coverage and helped to get our windows replaced that day. This week, the battery went out on that same car and it needed to be charged so that it could be driven to the dealership. Lily was able to immediately increase our coverage so that we could get the car charged....in fact, it was done within the hour.....and it was a Saturday. Completely recommend Lily's service considering we are a high maintenance and very picky consumer.
