I was referred to this office for insurance but have had a disappointing experience from the start. The agent, Jianhong Zhou, was extremely slow in processing any of my requests, and communication was nearly non-existent. Quotes were not competitive, and when I inquired about deductible options, it felt as though they were trying to push me toward the more expensive choices.

The real issue, however, was that they failed to report my vehicle information to the DMV, leaving my car listed as uninsured. When I tried to address this by calling, the agent was shockingly rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me mid-conversation. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from an insurance agent before. I strongly recommend avoiding this office for your insurance needs.

Joanna Zhou is the worst agent that I have ever seen in my life. She is not professional at all. She never cares about her customers and always shows an arrogant and impatient attitude when talking with her over the phone when you have some urgent issues or ask her for help. She could even curse you and hang up the phone even if you politely ask her for an answer. Definitely would not recommend this agent

Worst agent ever! Similar to what other bad reviews said, rude, arrogant and impatient. I have been Farmers customer for 5+ years and have never had any accident so I didn't get to see the evil side until recently. She is terrible at communication and always interrupt when I talk. There's so many times I just want to ask one quick question but she wouldn't let me finish my sentence and started to ramble something else totally non related. It's surprising to imagine someone would yell at their customer, scode and call them dumb. I didn't even want to fight back because that'll drag me down to her level and I'm glad it's super easy to change agent within farmers. (It took me <10 mins to do so)
