Caroline was a pleasure to work with and was able to do most of my quote via email and text (very convenient). She's very precise in everything she does and triple checks everything and keeps you updated throughout the process. Her quote saved me $600 compared to my ridiculous Progressive renewal (they wanted $1,700+ for my CT4-V Blackwing and her quote was $1,100ish for that vehicle on the Farmers policy). Progressive is usually the cheapest, but somehow she got me a better deal. Would highly recommend.

Was going out of town the next day. We reached out to Caroline at 5:30 on a Friday Night. By 7 the policy was placed and we could comfortably leave. This is Amazing! Price was great! We have has Farmers insurance for 3 plus years. There was a significant increase on our policy premium. We found insurance elsewhere and decided to cancelled. I contact Caroline via text, phone, and email and left messages at each spot and there was no response for a week. I called the corp number and the policy was not canceled. I added my mortgage company paid Farmers during that time for the full increased premium which is a separate headache. If Caroline was prompt these issues would have been avoided. Agents should be just as keen and alert when dealing with cancellations are there are with new customers.
