Absolutely a have to take class. The teacher is amazing. And so are all her helpers. Learning how to make cheese in such a friendly environment couldn't ask for anything better I would highly recommend taking any of her cheese classes.

I had so much fun (and learned so much) at my first class, I signed up for a second. Nicole is a passionate amazing teacher and so responsive. I emailed her a question a few days after the class and had a response in less than an hour. I love to impress my friends with my cheese making skills. I am the star of the party when I show up with cheese in hand and considering starting my own mini cheese business 🙂

I had to add a second comment. I just took my second class from Nicole and it was even better than the first. I love to impress my friends with my cheese making skills. I can not recommend one of her classes enough! Nicole and Christina are amazing!

We just did a goat cheese making virtual team event with Nicole! She has great energy as well as great knowledge about cheese. Nicole has two camera views to show us the instructions clearly; she also checked chats and addressed questions as we go. The class was interactive and fun. My team had a great time during the class yesterday and everyone’s sharing their cheese pictures today. The whole planning process was smooth and efficient! I’m so glad we came across with Nicole and FARMcurious!

I have been to a few cheese classes at Farmcurious and they have been fun and educational. Nicole is so passionate and knows so much about cheesemaking, cheese and even all the science behind it. Class is hands on and fun! It is very thought out and covers everything you need to know. I got a fresh chevre kit and made some at home after learning how to in the class. It's a fun experience whether you come by yourself (I did my first time) or if you go as a date or even group. I highly recommend FarmCurious and cant wait to attend more classes with Nicole.

I coordinated a team activity for my department of about 20 people. We chose the 3 cheeses in 3 hours with wine, had a grazing board with cheese, meats, fruit, veggies, crackers and spreads. The room is the perfect size, there were 4 stations set up so we could break off into teams to make mozzarella and burrata. We watched the instructor, Nicole, make goat cheese food network style. Once she finished demonstrating, she pulled out a finished version for us all to eat. During the cheese making, we were served 3 different premium Californian wines, all of which were amazing! Nicole was great teaching us the history and science of cheese and all the tricks to make a good product at home. To close out the class, we got chocolate covered pretzels paired with cheese!

FARMcurious has products that can be found nowhere else. Learning how to make cheese is just one of the remarkable things you can learn here. It brings back memories of Grandma as well as learning to make something exquisite that certainly can not be found in stores and will astound your friends! You can make cheese! How terrific is that? The personal touch Nicole adds is a welcome change from simply 'ordering on-line'. Highly recommended!! Five stars!

After I tried the product very first time, missed a single ( crucial ) step in the process, of course the experiment failed. I called Farmcurious, luckily got Nicole, the owner on the line. She's so nice to provide me the clues. Now I'm ready to try the second time around! Thank you again Nicole!

It was a fine class, but I think it was waaaaay overpriced. Perhaps if I drank, the wine would have made it more valuable but (but not quite a good value) or if the cheesemaking kits came with the price of the class, I'd feel like it was priced appropriately. I’d have done the no wine option, but they don’t offer it.
