One of the worst experience I ever Have in trucking, Appointment for 4am checked it at 3am got a door at 8:50 am, back in the door and wait til 16:54 ,they called me and told me to pulled out my appointment is re-scheduled for next day to 7am…Really ? That is 13hrs spent in the yard for waste. I pulled out start thingking where to park which is suck looking for parkings in rush hours in AZ.luckily find a parking closed by and spend did another 10 hr reset. Got up and went back and checked in again at 5:20am and now its 8am while im writing this..will continue when get a door…checking out ..for other things to know, the staging area is not that much and yes they have a restroom..so just the waiting time is the major issues i have ..and now the load cancelled..its 9:28 am rn…donno who to blame tho..

Security lady was super cool, she wish you with a smile face and direct you nicely. Check in staff was great too .
It’s a newly building wear house still construction in progress. It’s a big facility lot of room to turn and park.
As soon I dock they start unloading hardly 10-15 minutes

This place is horrible on just in time and logistic side. Had and appointment at 10 am 11/17/24
It's now 01:00 11/18/24 and they just getting me loaded. I had to change dock doors also. Don't know who's at fault or what variables took place , under staff, poorly staff, miscommunication, the point is check out the date of the review its pretty recent !!!

This company is not worth working for. Just a month ago it took a whole department of employees and told them that there job titles where going to to be change but nothing about there responsibility where going to change. In doing so they also took pay away with the job title change. Some people have been working there for a year and they just lost $6hr in there pay. How can a company do that to there employees, but in a good note they did mention how they made profit and that they where really happy about how we all worked so hard to get there. Watch yourself with this one.

this is the worst loading. security guard, i don't know, they work like at work. we arrived a little earlier, but not the one who is behind the door, did not give. but it is normal. we wanted to drive around, and this terrible man says to do it in reverse. he thinks about this toy car, then we arrived at our time, and again these people work very slowly. small parking lot is not convenient for trucks. Also the entrance is very terrible, they didn't mark it as trucks can enter here. People don't think at all about loading and unloading.

Very fast facility. Appt 7am checked in 6.30 got door and paperwork on my hand 7.20. Very nice stuff too. And 3 trucks same in front of me

Rent a cop Angelo is the worst, I had a transfer load with no PO number that comes through here a lot and the receiver at the window said I didn’t need a PO for this load, they were quick to unload me but the third party Vendor Allied need to train their employees better when it comes to these type of load he held me at the gate for 20 minutes until another Employee let me through. I spoke with the supervisor Steve yeah not much help their either.
