Paid $50 for a small bouquet that was literally 5 ROSES ! Get to the San pedro alleys before going here I always came here since I was younger but the prices and service has not gotten better never coming back again

I place a last minute order with Exquisite this morning for Valentine’s Day flowers and the flowers came in less than 2 hours from ordering. The flowers looks amazing and I would definitely order with them again.

It's a small and sparsely appointed shop, so expect to find just the basic types of flowers - sunflowers, roses, lilies. Bouquets and vases are available as well. The owner is very nice, and there's a small lot out front. My six lilies and three roses came out to $32.

We have been badly let down by Exquisite Flowers who charged our credit card (£82.53) but didn't deliver our flowers despite two phone calls and three emails. They totally ignored us and failed to tell us why they couldn't fulfil the order. Avoid!

Seconding some reviews on here that say buyer beware:

I placed an online order on 1/26 for a bouquet to pick up on 1/27. Received confirmation email immediately and credit card was charged. Called morning of 1/27 to confirm when bouquet would be ready, gave my order number, and was told that the order was not received because their internet was down. Said they'd call me back once they found my order but they didn't. I called, and called, and called, until they answered and told me my credit card was declined. I called the bank - card was not declined. Maybe it was an issue with their website, but it is suspicious that the transaction went through while I'm getting no flowers.

ordered flowers to be delivered this Valentines Day for my mother. I specifically selected 14 February. Mind you, this shop is located less than 2 miles from my mom’s house... my sister notified me at 8:35 PM PST that the flowers had still not been delivered. When I contacted the shop, I spoke to a male who told me that it was Valentines Day and that he would check on my order and call me back to which he never called back. At 10:35 PM PST, my sister told me that the flowers had still not been delivered and I started to call again. My calls went unanswered. My sister called and the shop answered.... she told them about the order not being delivered and they told her that they knew and they were closed.

It is the first Valentines Day without my father since he passed away this August and I was attempting a gesture for my mother only for this shop to mess it up completely!

They have blocked my number and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because they charged my card with no problem. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!
