I live in an apartment building where they are contracted to do lawn service. While mowing the lawn a rock flew out and busted the rear windshield of my car resulting in a $386.12 repair bill. I have called then a few times and e-mailed them of the situation and they have refused to call me back to take care of the property they have damaged. It's a lack of integrity, and professionalism to not take care of your responsibilities.
