I have had two instances that have required me to contact Entertainment Earth, either by phone or by live chat on their website. Both times I have had very friendly and very helpful assistance when addressing my complaint/concern over products purchased and received. I have used Entertainment Earth to place pre-orders for up and coming waves of Masters of the Universe figures, in Mint in Sealed Case condition. Thus far, all three orders have been fulfilled, shipped, and arrived quickly and in excellent condition! Unfortunately for me, two of those cases have had issues with individual figures packaged within. I have spoken to representatives at Entertainment Earth and they have assured me that they receive and ship out the cases without opening them, in order to meet their sealed case standards. In the first instance, a figure was packed with an accessory that was not fully assembled/incomplete and unusable. Today's incident, a figure was altogether missing an accessory in its packaging. If you look at the figure on the left of the picture I have provided, you can see an empty space where the missing accessory should have been. This means that the problems lie with Mattel in terms of quality control.

Entertainment Earth never disappoints! When my recent order hadn’t arrived I was concerned that maybe I got hacked. I reached out to customer service who were quick to jump into action to track my order. They located my order and reassured me everything was ok. They sent me updated tracking and within 24 hours of contacting them my item arrived safe and sound. I will definitely continue to use them for all my collecting needs!

I've ordered from them several times and the experience has been pretty good. When there was an issue, they offered a replacement or a refund. My recent replacement experience was better than before as they used UPS instead of Pitney Bowes and it looks like my replacement shipped already. Overall, pleased with the changes and the experience!
