Agent spent a good deal of time with me, patiently answering many questions about our existing coverages for both autos and homes/CEA, in addition to taking care of the matter I had called about, getting a new policy for a vehicle purchased today. He not only answered my questions, but also arranged on the spot updates, reinstatement of our CEA policy on our vacation home, adjustments to our auto coverages AND getting the new car insured and paid for/bound. I had a problem with updating my participant agreement with Ting/State Farm and Lois was able to reach out to them to help clear things up. This took two days to remedy and she kept me in the loop each step of the way. Super customer service!

Separately, I would also like to commend Jim for guiding me through my policies during our annual insurance evaluation. His valuable advice, regarding coverages, gave me peace of mind.
