Beautiful Bonsai nursery located up in La Crescenta. They have a great selection of different sized bonsai with a variety of prices ranging from around $50 for the smallest to $500+ for the large ones. I got a juniper bonsai and thought the price was fair for how well kept the plants were and the convenience. I will probably be adding another soon.

The selection is vast and the owner is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came in looking for a gift, knowing very little about bonsais, and he guided me to the perfect tree. He even sends you home with a care guide. I've happily returned several times for more trees and food because it's such a pleasant shop.

The vendor was nice and the place seems lovely. However, I was sold a cotoneaster horizontalis even though I said that I have no way to place it outside. The vendor should have been honest and clear that this tree is very unlikely to survive inside. It died within two months. The tree was quite expensive and I have to assume that the vendor preferred this sale over good and honest advice.

I came in looking for a young yew as my first Bonsai. The lovely couple who run the business helped me pick out a tree that I loved and made sense for me and my space—a beautiful decade old pomegranate! I may not have left with what I initially wanted but I am much happier! They also shared instructions, care tips, their business card, and sold me the fertilizer they use. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

Stopped by to check out some of their inventory. I was surprised to see that they carried so many different Bonsai varieties. Each tree was masterfully crafted, you can tell a lot of time and love had went in to their creation. If you're big on Bonsai like I am, you will love this place.

This bonsái nursery has a variety of special trees. The owner was welcoming and helped to find the tree I was searching for (before coming here I checked at least 4 different stores). Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Eden Bonsái!

I am sure there are wonderful things here, but unfortunately this business owner chose to post business hours and not keep them. This resulted in a 1 hour drive each way for me and my family only to find it closed - even with a sign posted on the entrance with business hours that included when we were there. I called the number and he cheerfully said he would be there tomorrow.
I highly value customer service and keeping posted hours is just the beginning. I'll try to get back and update if I have a different experience.
