I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. When I picked it up it was an absolutely cute cake on the outside. The decoration was exactly what we wanted. However, when we cut into the cake it had a gaping hole on one side and it crumbled apart and dry. It was weird like the cake had baked with a giant airbubble on the side I cut into. So we took the cake back to show them and they blamed us for making the hole; Saying we used the wrong knife. All my other cakes that I've ordered from eddies have been amazing and I've ordered from them since my kids were babies. I felt attacked and I'm not sure I will be going to them again after the embarrassment they made us feel. Were Christian and we don't do those kinds of things so its very disheartening after I spent $88 on a small cake and left a tip for the baker. I believe in taking care of those who take care of you. It was disappointing to say the least. I'll attach a photo and you can clearly see the hole they blamed on us, utterly humiliating.

I have ordered 2 cakes from Eddie's Bakery.
My first experience 5 stars I ordered last minute because my son wouldn't make up his mind on what he wanted! Last minute with 2 days before his birthday he said he wanted " tiramisu " I love this cake but thought I could never in this shirt notice! They not only made my son a extremely yummy cake they did it in the time crunch with no complaints and it was absolutely yummy... SO for my birthday I decided I would get me a cake... I wanted a strawberry shortcake but unfortunately they need 3 days notice and unfortunately I had to change it to a lemon cake unfortunately the cake was a bit dry but is what most broke my heart was they put " happy birthday chrispy " and not Christy ... I had a awful day I spent my entire birthday in the ER and I just wanted cake and it was very disappointing unfortunately. I have never been inside there bakery so I left that part blank. If you need a cake in a hurry they definitely got that part covered and they have good prices.

I gave them another chance undercover! I wanted them to not know it was me ! I got my friend to place me a order for there strawberry cake .. oh my goodness it's so good 50 stars you will fight to keep the entire cake for yourself yummy! Real strawberrys! 🍓 Remember 3 days notice for this mouth heaven 😊 I might reorder that lemon cake later on 🙃

Ordered a grilled chicken salad $10.95 during lunch was told a few minutes wait at approximately 1230. Around 1250 approached the counter and asked cook how much longer & was told “there are tickets ahead of you, they didn’t tell you a 20min wait” I answered yes that was about 20min ago.
I waited another 10 min and approached the counter again to inform them I had to take coworker back & I would be back to pick up my salad.
I picked up my salad at 108 and returned to work.
We so very dissatisfied with the food and the cook. All the other staff was wonderful.

Purchased a banana nut cake with banana nut buttercream icing. It was absolutely disgusting the cake was old and dry. Definitely the frosting is not buttercream if so it's mixed with Crisco. Never again will I buy a cake here close to 40 bucks down the drain, or should I say in the garbage can. The cake as you can see in the pictures weighed just a hair under 6 lb. Absolutely gross flavor.

Our family had beening going here for decades when I was a kid growing up in Fresno, and Eddie's was at Manchester Center. So, for that reason, when the opportunity arose, we had to order the Dream and Pink Champagne cake for our special occasion. What a "Dream", pund intended, to eat both on the same night. They were both better than I remembered. I called ahead of time to make sure everything could be arranged, and they delivered, literally. ($35 arranged ahead of time). Twice because I forgot to tell them the restaurant opened at 5, and they went back. Thank you, Eddie's! My long-lost friend whom I promise not to wait so long next time...lol.

Went into Eddie's bakery the environment was nice the staff was rude and rushing. Afteta few sentences I respectfully asked the girl not to talk to me like that I'm not being rude to please show the same respectful that I'm giving her well this is how she package my food the just threw it in the box and put one upside down such a bad attitude and customer service

I ordered my son’s birthday cake here and I was super happy with how it came out. Not only did it look amazing it tasted awesome too. You can order cakes both online or over the phone, which definitely helps with knowing all of the options. While waiting in line my husband ended up picking up a box of these adorable sugar cookies and sourdough bread, which I now regularly go back to Eddies to get. They do get busy in the middle of the day, but everything they make here is definitely worth it.

I ordered a cake for my girlfriend and she imagined a red velvet pink pumpkin shaped cake for her birthday, and the bakery did an outstanding job. She was not expecting how nice it would be, and she loved it. They went above and beyond with making a intricate and detailed cake that tasted amazing for a very reasonable and affordable price. I have people asking where I got it so they can get a cake of their own. I will be ordering here again!
