We are beyond happy with the taste, quality and quantity of meat we received with our 1/2 cow order! E&C cattle went above and beyond our expectations in every way! The meat from E&C Cattle is far superior to the grocery store meat we are use to! I've always loved beef but this is a whole new experience for your taste buds! Not only is the meat amazing but they were also a pleasure to work with! This was our first time purchasing a 1/2 cow so I was full of question! They made sure to answer them all quickly and let me know what was going on every step of the way! We will definitely be restocking when we run out!

Absolutely loved our experience with this ranch and will be a long term customer. My review is alittle late as we received our beef around April. We purchased a 1/2 cow and the process was very simple. We provided down payment and received a beef agreement. Once ready, we drove to the processor and got our beef. We saved so much money on ground beef, steak, and ect. The meat is the highest quality we’ve ever had. I recommend to anyone that eats beef that they go purchase part of a cow.

I’m very thankful this ranch exists and allowed us this opportunity.

E&C Cattle Ranch has a great product. I busted out some ribeyes for Valentine’s Day and seared and basted them in the pan, delicious. Man what great tasting beef. I found Clay knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about the cattle and cuts of beef. Lately I had been purchasing beef in the store and the last time I bought steak locally, it was extremely tough and tasteless. You won't get that with this beef. We had purchased grass fed before, but it was only grass fed. Very lean, but tough and not very tasty. Clay finishes his with grain. We believe this is what makes his taste incredible. I bought the meat in July, but waited to sample the different cuts. The rib steak is delicious as was the sirloin and T-bone. It has perfect marbling and this also makes it tender. The ground beef is delicious, but I would choose 85 or 90 % lean next time. This is only a personal preference. I love the vacuum sealed beef. It is nice not to worry about freezer burn. It was also nice to have the meat delivered. I recommend this beef and plan to purchase it again. We are looking forward to soup, stew and brisket in our near future.
