This place is a little confusing before you visit. The complex? is split into several parts. On the first floor is the quick service sandwiches, pizza and sides as well as ice cream. Then, there are separate restaurants (La Pizza and La Pasta & Terra) as well as the market. This review is concerning the sandwich and pizza bar downstairs.

Lots of selection to choose from and it was really hard to make a choice but I got the salmon sandwich. It looked a little light on the salmon but it all balanced out very well when I actually tasted it. The bread was crispy on the outside but not hard like many other sandwiches I have tried. However, there were large pieces of very spicy pungent onion that I found too intense for my liking but those were easily removed. You also have the choice of having your sandwich hot or cold and I chose cold.

Besides pizza slices and sandwiches, that area also sells soups, desserts, drinks and meatballs. They also seemed to be understaffed with it taking a while for us to get our food after we ordered. We went at 11am on a Tuesday and it was pretty empty. Overall very tasty and can be a light lunch or a filling dinner depending on what you order.

Beautiful market with a great selection of grocery stores, restaurants, and desserts. They offer fresh items from Italy, as well as food made in-house. (And their shopping bags are so cute)

I had dinner upstairs at La Pizza & La Pasta, which was delicious – I ordered the Bruschetta Invernale, Lasagne Emiliane, and Salsicciotta. For dessert, we went downstairs for gelato, which was so soft and creamy.

Prices are definitely on the higher side, especially for groceries, but the quality makes it worth it.

It was a very disappointing first trip here. Ordered 2 appetizers and 2 dinners. First appetizer eventually came out and after waiting over half an hour we asked about the rest of our food. They said the dinners would be out shortly. Had to remind them about the other appetizer, then waited for that. Ended up talking to a manager after waiting over an hour for the dinners. Portions were small, pasta was undercooked. Luckily the manager didn't charge us, because it wasn't very edible. If you go, don't go during shift change.

Be sure you make reservations and grab your loved ones to enjoy the unique ambiance of Eataly. Terra restaurant is one of several places to eat in Eataly and it is located on the top floor of Eataly and you can park directly outside of this resto if park on the top floor of the parking garage. I have enjoyed this place many times but yesterday for Valentines we had the fondue, tartar and the new polenta bar. It was all delicious! Very friendly and attentive service and we will be back!

Eataly in Los Angeles is still my favorite location and option for food, but this place was also very nice.
We got a Burrata & peach salad, pulpo, 3 different pasta dishes, tiramisu and beignets which were tasty. The sourdough bread and butter though as something I would alone go back for. I was hoping for a lamb ragu or a ragu that was not pork based but there was not another option available.
Our server was friendly, bubbly and attentive.
We came here to celebrate my mother's birthday and she had a great time!

Had lunch at Terra. Picturesque rooftop, ate "indoors" since it was cold but plenty of sunlight. Servers are very attentive and the food amd drinks came out in a timely manner. It is Valley Fair so it wasn't cheap and everyone was dressed to mall-impress. Fun times being boujee.
