I went online because I wanted to start raising some bonsai plants. I felt from previous reviews that this is a trusted place. I called because I mixed up what I did on the order and wanted to check on it. The customer service agent that answered my call walked through the order and very professionally handled all my questions, making it a great experience.

I received the bonsai evergreen today and have to say it was expertly packed (see photos), and the plant and pot are beautiful. The plant is really healthy. It came with a really nice eastern LEAF care guide for this and other bonsai plants. From what I've seen online, it looks to me like this is one of the best places to order, and I certainly will order from there again. I feel that if I have issues that customer service will take care of it.

Such a beautiful little place. My hubby brought me here to come see the artists display and shop for some things he needed.

What a gem! This nursery is dedicated to all kinds of bonsai trees and has its own garden to walk through and enjoy. The staff is wonderful, really friendly and knowledgeable about all things bonsai. Prices are also quite reasonable and range from nice entry level trees to large elaborate ones that probably took years to grow and shape. Definitely check them out if you’re in the area!

First time here. Just Freaking Beautiful. I needed a Zen moment and found it walking through the garden. Inspired and pleased. Picked up a few things to show my appreciation. It's worth the morning visit...Early!!!

Ordered a rock juniper bonsai kit that was delivered to my home and was stolen upon delivery.

When I reached out to Eastern Leaf, they did not provide support but instead asked me to reach out to the delivery carrier.

Delivery carrier (UPS) was no help, and so I reached out to PayPal. I don’t feel that Eastern Lead tried to help use resources to recover the stolen goods, but acted like we weren’t on the same team.

The company repeatedly treated me as if I was not their customer but rather someone trying to “pull a fast one”. Really left a bad feeling that the company would lack the humanity or courtesy to help turn a bad situation around.

My son and I love this place. We drove all the way to Chino from the LAX area. I didn’t know that there were pomegranate bonsai and ginkgo biloba bonsai. This place is mind blowing and awesome and the guy that works here, Glenn, is very helpful and super nice.

Placed an order for $200 worth of product. They delayed my order because the cheapest item got 20% off instead of 10% off and asked me to pay the difference, about $4. I advised that’s fine. A week later, it’s still not shipped so I’m canceling. Imagine losing a customer over $4.
