Frustrating Experience Despite Eventually Getting It Right

My friend and I ordered a custom floral bouquet (priced at $120) for a friend who just had a baby. Since my friend has floral experience, we were very specific about the flowers and colors we wanted—avoiding certain shades like purple and yellow. The shop assured us they’d send a photo for approval before delivery.

The next morning, we received a picture of the bouquet—already delivered—and it looked nothing like our request. I immediately called to explain the issue, and thankfully, the staff member agreed to redeliver. We assumed they’d let our friend keep the incorrect bouquet while also sending the corrected one (since we’d paid a premium). However, after five rounds of back-and-forth and multiple adjustments, they finally delivered the bouquet we originally asked for—but unexpectedly took back the first arrangement.

We appreciate that they eventually fixed the mistake, the entire process was needlessly stressful. For such an expensive order, we expected better accuracy, communication, and customer care. It’s disappointing that it took so much effort to get what we paid for, and we’re unsure if we’ll order from them again.

The arrangement pictured in the clear glass is the original bouquet, the one in the white is when we had them redo it. It’s definitely a huge improvement, but it was not worth the payment.

I received a beautiful Valentine’s Day bouquet, compliments of my husband. It was elegantly crafted and the roses actually smell! It’s been awhile since my husband ordered flowers for me. Prior bouquets, from other places, the roses barely had a scent to them. I remember this because I love the smell of roses. I smell these roses multiple times a day! The other large pretty flowers, the smaller accent flowers, and greenery, make this arrangement downright beautiful!

I recently experienced a family loss. A group of my out of town friends ordered this arrangement for me. This is the most beautiful and full arrangement I have ever received. The beauty of the arrangement is not even fully captured in this photo. I am sure my family is getting annoyed as I keep mentioning how stunned I am by the high quality.

During delivery I recieved a call from a very kind man who delivered the flowers. I was not home and he made sure to tuck them out of the sun and in a safe spot so I could collect them when I returned.
