These guys know how to treat a customer. Brian Brewer worked with me on a set of Kubota weights they had. Made a good deal and handled getting them headed to Texas. The freight company made an error in processing the shipping order; no fault of Earhart….. Brian went above and beyond to find my shipment and help me get my hands on the weights. The freight company was very difficult to deal with, but Brian got it done and took care of me 100%….Thanks!!!

Purchased a Mustang Skid Steer from them. Delivery time was a few weeks and I had a small (4 hour) job I needed to do now. They provided a loaner with pick up and drop off and also delivered the skid steer to me. I'm a small business owner and its clear they really try to provide good customer service and I've used the Mustang for almost a year now. Love it.

Purchased a tractor here and recently used the parts department. These guys are very kind and knowledgeable. Their prices are also pretty good on most common parts at or around Messick's prices or better for Kubota stuff. Buying a tractor from them was a no BS experience. They were up front and gave me an out the door price for everything I wanted, we came to an agreement, signed and done. They had it delivered to me within two days. I wish more dealers were like this in general.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my brother Dan, who is unable to leave a review on his phone. In January, he made a cash deposit of $121.80 for a carb kit and when it arrived to Earhart it was the wrong part. He was told, per policy, that the company would send him a refund check. They even took a picture of his drivers license to get his mailing address, with the intention to mail him his refund. It has been 5 months since this occurred! He even has the credit invoice stating they would repay him. There has been zero correspondance from the company to my brother, despite several emails that he has written to Earhart. To not honor their agreement to repay him is very poor business practice. Think twice before you do business with this company!
