Though I haven’t had the opportunity to go into the store in person, I got to interact with sales consultant Ankit S. and he was exceptional! He helped me solve all my problems, quickly and efficiently. I purchased my Phantom 4 from DSLPros about 5 years ago and was very happy with the service that I received. Now, the rescue team that I am a member of is starting a UAS program. We want to purchase the portable monitor that they build. I dropped by their office and Manny welcomed me. I told him that I would like to see the monitor before we purchased it. He went to the warehouse and brought a brand new one, still sealed in the box, out to the lobby. We unpacked it and set it up. great customer service. They sent me a quote promptly and I am looking forward to adding the monitor to our UAS package.

These guys are top-notch supplier and amazing to work with. Sahil has been a great help in particular, super responsive and efficient. I had a complex order for drone equipment including some items which are in short supply. Other stores couldn't figure out when those items would be in stock. But Sahil worked closely with me to confirm an estimated in-stock date, secure those items, and even have them shipped ahead of schedule. I've ordered from them twice already and definitely will continue to order again.

Purchased a drone from DSLRpros on behalf of my employer. We went with the DJI Matrice 350 RTK and the Zenmuse H20N and will be used for inspections.
From the start the staff was helpful. They sent out an instructor for the start-up and noticed something was wrong with the equipment and sent in a report.
I boxed up the unit, and off it went to DJI.
If you're looking for an attentive and helpful company that will make sure your experience is nothing short of perfect, I suggest giving the crew at DSLRPros a shot.

Derek was fantastic to work with from the time he answered the photo. First of all they had the M30T when nobody else did. The quote was while I was on the phone. The shipping was very quick and packaged well. Any follow ups were handled within minutes. Without a doubt I’d use them over and over again. We are a public safety entity ok the east coast.
