I came @8:17 am. My appointment was 8am. The black guy was fair to me and took me in. I didn’t catch his name but he is a fair person. Happy New Year man wish you a blessing and great 2025

Gate was wide open, 6am doors open , no one home, apparently they want you to wait outside the gate until 7am, unloaded in a hour, enough room to maneuver into the hole, chock your wheels and wait in your cab, not terrible, at least you’re not in a cage!

my appointment at 9 got the door at 10 it's already 12 o'clock and I'm not empty yet. These people are very lazy and I would never deliver to this place

In and out, professional. No appointment, first come, first served.

2/19/23 edit down to 1 star from 4. They only single wrap pallets. And no support for single in middle of trailer. I had to restack 3 pallets.

Avoid this place ,6 + hours to deliver,lost another load .Lazy people,takes them forever to unload,only one dock is for OTR and company daily drivers they also have privilege

Long wait, small place, but the guys that work there are really nice and show care. I spoke with the lead supervisor, definitely a nice guy. Same for the woman inside the building. Allowing me to use the restroom. Once in the door they got right to work unloading us.

If you have a choice, avoid this place.

Forklift driver is rude, and there is no signage to explain what you are supposed to do. Then, the forklift gets rude when you don't know what you're supposed to do. The wait is long, and the lot is tiny with no space for waiting trucks.
