I called the parts department a few days ago to get the part numbers for 3 parts. They gave me the part numbers, I ordered them from a supplier in order to get them as soon as possible for our customer. Then when they arrived, every part is in the completely incorrect voltages. I called the parts department again and they apologized and gave me different part numbers. Now we're out next day air shipping (to make our customer happy), our original shipping and restocking fees for the parts that were told to us incorrectly originally. I'm extremely disappointed.

I can't speak for the sales department as we bought our pizza oven used. The service department, however, is outstanding. There are not too many companies in the restaurant business that encourage you to call and get help directly. They have saved us countless money by helping us make the repairs ourselves. When the time does arrive to replace our oven, you can bet it will bill a Nu-Vu product. Thanks Jens and Tom (if you are still there)!
