FINALLY made it to the Downey farmer’s market recently and it was so nice. The produce was super fresh and delicious. This farmers market doesn’t offer like payment for farmer market “cash” like others I’ve been to but a lot of the vendors accepted Zelle or Venmo which was nice. One of my other favorite parts of the market was the food and pastries. Super unique stuff and I am excited to come by more and try it all!

Really have a great time. Vendors are very friendly and produce never fails. Delicious fruits, veggies, eggs are amazing, tabule and yogurts awesome. We respect the no dogs allowed so I keep her away from foods and secure her to bench, fence ets., and manage to shop while she gets much welcome attention.

Organic? Non-GMO? IDK! I would feel better if the vendors had signs up. Who wants to have to ask the vendors and why would I be there if their produce was GMO or non organic.

The fruit and vegetable vendors have become hwy robbery, pound of potatoes and a cauliflower..$15.00. Nobody has prices posted! So I think the prices vary by customer. Try the one in Cerritos..Very disappointing used to be a respectable place..

This is a great place to get fresh eggs, organic veggies & fruit, fresh squeezed juice, and a variety of fresh food, (so you can have lunch while walking around). There are also vendors that sell a variety of fresh honey, nuts and sweets. There are fresh flowers, crystals and incense. I've even seen clothing for dogs, and their owners as well.

Most places take ATM/Credit, but some are cash only. Parking can be a little trough, but as they say, patience is a virtue.

Clean, busy, open air market. Several well stocked, local produce stands offer freshly picked fruits and veggies. Vendors selling good eats - Soul Food, Rice Crisps, Local Honey, Mexican Food and more. You'll find clothes, teas, gifts, jewelry, incense and other goodies. Lots to see on one block. Free parking across the street.

Love the selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They also offer freshly cooked food such as tamales, pupusas, fish tacos, and hot dogs. They often have different food tucks there as well. They have pastries and popcorn. The time is 9am - 1pm. Get there early to get the best selection.
