This place is horrible I was here 9 am. My appointment is 12 afternoon and they said we are not busy I’ll help you. Time is 2 pm bir they didn’t help me yet. Also 4 more trucks check in and one of them get door. They all after thank me but they didn’t give door yet. No more DOLE. That’s not fair.

I come here with +15 degree temperature but they said me, you have wait until refer goes to 0 degree but after me here comes two truck with + 10 and 11 degrees temperature and shipper have door right away, now my refer temperature is on -5 and I am still waiting for door, very bad place and this guys are also racist

Took 2 hours to get dock after check in.
2 hours at dock . Than 1 more hour for paperwork.
They have scale on facility.

I picked up here for the first time this morning. Everyone here was really nice. There is plenty of room to maneuver around. I showed up at 0815 for an 0900 appointment and was loaded by 1000. There is a free scale on site. Remember to show up with a clean, precooled trailer and all will go smoothly.

Went to pick up a load..very friendly & fast..only there 2 hrs..that's good in my book 😄👍🏽
