Cafe - went about 11am. Saw panninis behind counter asked for them but told not yet available. Therefore we ordered breakfast after my Mum standing there for several minutes largely ignored. Queue opposite food ordering was painful so we just goat cold drinks from fridge that weren’t cold. Picked up a cheese sandwich for my daughter which I returned as the bread was hard and stale. When breakfast arrived it was awful, tasteless, cheap, one slice of toast, also not hot.

Its so easy to get these things right, it beggars belief that this goes on, it would be so easy to turn this restaurant around and get much more customers as a result.

So slow. One person making drinks and trying to serve as well. Be better like they do at Blackpool road, where they take your order and then bring it to the table. They could try having two people on, especially at lunchtime.

Took my daughter (19M) to see Santa, after paying £12:99 only to be given terrible pet toys. This is absolutely ridiculous and highly unacceptable!

Went into cafe for breakfast never again!! Staff miserable, paid nearly £30 for 3 breakfasts which I would expect more than 1 bacon, 1 sausage 1 hash brown 1 tomato 1egg 1piece of toast. They don't do fried bread and you don't even get a mushroom on them! I'm absolutely disgusted in the over charged breakfasts as it's really NOT worth the money stay clear if I could of got a refund I would won't be coming back.

Very clean all around including the toilets, nice place to window shop, have a gander. Large selection of everything that includes posh sheds. World foods section made me giggle. Would recommend.

We visited the restaurant, as we do on a regular basis, only to find that people with dogs are now sitting anywhere in there and not keeping to the allotted dogs allowed area. Today there was a man sitting at a table with a large cockerpoo on his lap against the table. No staff did anything to discourage this, even when taking food over to the table!!
I'm sure that environmental health will take a dim view of this.
Staff should be advised to enforce the dog area notice in my opinion

Queues for cafe are always crazy. Cafe severely under staffed, and management obviously dont care about leaving paying customers in uncomfortably long queues. Coffee though is good (when you finally get it), and surroundings are pleasant.

I come here regularly for the 9.15am soft play session after dropping my eldest child at school. There’s always a long que for the cafe. Today I found it very frustrating as I didn’t actually get into the soft play till 9.30, I have a young child who after a few minutes of waiting around, gets very restless. The poor lady behind the counter takes orders and makes hot drinks. There was plenty of staff around who could help. The cafe itself wasn’t busy and yet one member of staff was just stocking the fridge. A member of staff then came in bang on 10.15 to tell us the session was over yet I spent 15 minutes of my session waiting in the que. It’s starting to put me off coming.
