Had a great experience with DL Cooler! They loaded my trailer within an hour, which is much appreciated when you're on a tight schedule. The washrooms are clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus for drivers. They were fast but loaded me heavy in the rear and covered fresh strawberries with plastic. The end result on a product traveling ooast to coast is obvious. For a product to cool its moisture has to be slowly removed and by covering it in plastic will accelerate decomposition by making the product sweat. The end result was 2% mold at final and the whole load being rejected. To make matters worse they tried to blame me for their screw up. Don't trust incompetent liars.

In the last 6-7 years I've had pick ups feom all over the place California, Yuma, Nogalas and I think this may have been the best pick-up I've ever had. 5 Star bwcause that's the max I could put.
