Got loaded in 30 min...easy to back and light load

**Driver with 53 ft trailer**
I called number at 8:35 am today asking if I could possibly get unloaded early as my appointment is at 10 am and I am parked 5 minutes away. (I would definitely call to make sure you can get loaded/unloaded early, and not just assume based on my review) They were very nice, and told me that it was definitely a possibility just come and check in and if they could they would. It was very easy to get to. You will head down west st. You will see a dead end sign, but continue there will be 2 driveways on the left. Take the first driveway. (They also have signs). I checked in at 8:50 am. Just go to shipping and receiving office and click door bell they will let you in and they come out to remove seal. They gave me a dock. Instructed me to move my tandems to the rear, and chock my tires once docked. (Pretty standard) The yard is pretty spacious easy to turn around in, and back up. Some docks you could even straight back into if given those said docks. They finished unloading me at 9:50 am. Over all great experience!!!

Great facility to load at. Plenty of room. Professional courteous people in the office. Very clean restroom that drivers are allowed to use. Drivers note: when coming down West Street, you will see a "DeadEnd" sign. The facility is on your right before it ends. The truck drive is the 1st drive. Facility is well signed.

Horrible place to deliver. Do not be early because you will not get loaded or unloaded early. Broker got the del time wrong, which of course is their fault but, I got the short end of the stick. I understand it taking 6 hours to unload me if their docks were full all day until my actual appointment but, they were empty for the 6 hours I sat there. The lady in the office also has a huge chip on her shoulder, beware, tread careful.
