Today was very busy due to it being superbowl weekend. Not being a sports fan myself that wasn't fun but I need to gush about our cashier! George you rock! Not only did he help me unload scan and bag my groceries he did it without leaving his little cubby hole and he did it record time I'm not sure I've seen a cashier that fast since my day about 25 years ago! This man needs a raise Pronto! Thank you!😄😁

I've always loved this store. Shopping here is always on the top of the list. I will say that the Chinese has gone downhill lately. Used to be the best place to get Chinese in Derby.

Great food and selection. The prices are reasonable especially if you follow the sales. I highly recommend shopping here. This store location is a lot larger than most and offers clothes, shoes, and even home decor. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend stopping by the smaller store nearby. Otherwise this one is great and has everything you need to shop for at just one store.

I want to take the time to highlight Rodrigo on the curbside team. Our interaction may be brief, but he's very likable and genuine. He gets the job done well and is really friendly. When I am not shopping curbside, the whole experience is solid and nothing ever seems out of order. Basically, I always know what to expect, which is a smooth run at the store and having everything I need.

The Derby Dillons Marketplace is always clean, well stocked, and the overall layout for grocery placement makes sense. I like the cheese bar with the variety, especially that they offer a less than $5 per chunk box where you can try random cheeses you may not normally buy. The pricing here is always comparable or better than walmart and while they do offer self checkout here, Dillons always have several checkout lines open with a real cashier and a bagger to scan and bag your groceries, and if you need assistance or want to channel your inner celebrity, they will take your groceries out and put them in your car for you.

I had to get groceries there during the snowstorm on the evening of the 9th of January because the little Dillons was closed. It took me 2 hrs because I don't shop there for anything but produce. The worst of it was when I went to check out. They had no cashiers, but 3 cashier supervisors at the self-check. I had a large cart of groceries and had to scan and bag for myself. I have lumbar spine problems and spent that night on muscle relaxers and had 2 lidocaine patches on my back. Please tell me, why they had no cashier or better yet, why didn't one of the 3 talking supervisors assist me with simply bagging what was clogging up the belt? I worked retail mgmt for Walmart and Target years before becoming a teacher. We always had one cashier to close.

This 10⭐️ review is solely for the floral shop, right at the north entrance of the Derby Marketplace Dillons. Chantel and her crew are the absolute best in their business, offering engaging service, rockstar arrangements and gifts, and a breathtaking presentation of plants inside and outdoors. This floral shop is a true gem of Derby and I recommend it to all of Kansas.
