Everyone is always so nice here. I'm typically in and out but never have any issues with fresh veggies and fruit, and they're normally in stick with everything. The store is clean and neat. The bathroom can be questionable at times, but that could be from those who visit the store with no home training and decency. Dillons is great, and ensure you sign up for your rewards and clip your coupons in the app.

Dillons customer service needs work. I have heard many complaints about their digital coupons not working. This was the case today. When I scanned the qr code it stated the coupon was no longer valid. It didn't ring up correct. I have never had a digital coupon work correctly. Others say the same. They also a not good about explaining quality with their sale prices. Customer service basically said the did not know why this happens. Time for Junction City Dillons to close down and be rebuilt.

Called multiple times the last few weeks just trying to put an order in for some fried chicken or gizzards or anything, but fryer is always closed. This place is going downhill use to be the best place to grab some quick chicken and gizzards.

Great variety of stuff. I like these selections. Always shelves were fully stocked which is great. Meat and seafoods were great. But unfortunately I had bad experienced in the store. Woman employee was terribly attitude. I hope that some employees need a retraining. I like Dillions, but I will not come back this store again.

Dillons is a carbon copy of Kroger, for those that don’t know. Does not carry the variety that I’m used to with VA Kroger, such as missing Simple Truth or Kroger Brand frozen chicken burgers. Also did not have a lot of lines open for checkout. Staff was kind and very fast in the lines though.

Mostly I shop here for the weekly specials because they make it worth the drive across town. I've always received friendly service from cashiers and baggers to maintenance people and shelf stockers. I witnessed a customer service transaction and was impressed. The food prices are good, the selection if good, and the Pharmacy staff have always been very helpful when I've needed them.
