Didn't have several items we ordered. Ordered the big dickeys cup and they did not have any so we get a Styrofoam cup instead. Brisket was dry. Service was good but I think they need to up there game. People that come from out of state should definitely have a better experience for almost $100 worth of food.

I think this is all real meat still. Not that lab grown or glued together garbage. It's tasty barbeque, that's for sure. Spread on some of the sweet sauce and go to town. Don't miss the delicious sides. And then wash it all down with some sweet tea. Always looking for seconds at this place.
Easy ordering process with friendly staff. Clean, well stocked condiment and drink area. Dining is well lit and spacious. Clean restrooms. Very enjoyable experience. Go here for tasty food.

Got ready to pay for my food and realized it was way too high. The kid asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. Got got to my table and looked at it and she had added a $5 and change tip onto it. I had to ask for a refund and they gave it to me but I wondered how many people they had done that to that night alone. Always get your receipt and double check it if you eat here.

My husband and I visited the Kalamazoo location today! We had never been to Dickey’s Bbq before but we will be back! We had a great experience! The food was wonderful ! Bbq sauces were amazing! The sweet bbq is definitely my new favorite! Staff was friendly and helpful! Keep it up!👏👏👏

I ordered delivery thru Grub Hub and I can say for the price I paid and the amount of food I received it was way over priced. I ordered the chicken fried steak with gravy, it was so salty it was barely tolerable. The meat tasted like the cheap frozen kind you get at Walmart. I understand that they do buy in bulk, but for the price charged, they can afford to spring a little on the meat. We were to get the Big Yellow Cup with our meals and got large Styrofoam cups that you get anywhere so the extra paid for the Big Yellow Cup was an added bonus for them. My daughters fries were burnt. Just the food quality has gone down. I will not order from there again. Which I am sure they really don't care.

Ordered food to be delivered to a hotel we are staying at while out of town. We were missing part of the order. I called and asked for 1)refund or 2)the rest of the order to be delivered. The worker said they could not do either. I will not be ordering from here again. We are usually in this town 3 times a year. I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

Walk up counter order. Tried the smoked wings. Servers are friendly and split our 15 piece wings onto two plates even though we didn't ask. Got the rnd of the bag as far as fries. Spicy BBQ was sweeter than hot.

I went to eat at Stadium dr location in Kalamazoo. As I was ordering I was standing over a butter rolling toaster machine. I couldn’t help but look inside and what I saw has me shaken. It was absolutely filthy. It was filled with old meat, sauces, every single grate was caked with old food. I didn’t say anything until I saw him butter my bread and put it through the toaster. I almost threw up. It’s NEVER been cleaned. I had to cancel my order and leave. I’ve NEVER seen something so disgusting at a restaurant before. I’m shaken it was so gross. I can’t brother nobody has gotten sick. It was so caked full of old moldy disgusting food and meat. I think I’m going to notify the health department
