When you come in turn down Green street. Go about a half a block and you'll see yellow pilings.
Turn right there.
There's a guard shack.
Check in with them.
If you're going to Ben B Schwartz the office is between dock 1 and 2.
Doesn't matter what time your appointment says because you'll be waiting for 12 plus hours.
12 hours and 44 minutes to be exact.
The place is pretty clean inside....
The outside is another story.
It's filled with debris.
There is overnight parking and plenty of it. The bathrooms are inside but they are under lock and key. And are only available after midnight.
Noone shows up until then.
Hopefully we never come back here.
The people were nice and all but 12 hours is a little asinine.

I had an appointment at 23:59, arrived at 19:00, took the documents at 4:00 am and gave the door, finished at 9:00 am. Have a night parking, very dirty at the door, keep your wheels carefully, lying around a lot of boards and nails. Rats are running because there are a lot of unacceptable products lying around the door!

Delivered to Rocky Produce was amazing pulled up an hour early they got me in a dock in an half hour and had me done in two hours with paperwork. Definitely will deliver here again. Plenty of room to back but you will have to deal with people moving around you. A rookie may feel challenged here.

This was a surprisingly good experience with a first time delivery at rocky produce. After an extensive shipping delay from Georgia, by the time I made it to Detroit the forklift people were helpful. The only drawback was I had to wait until midnight for my delivery per the sales agreement. It took about 2 hrs but I had multiple products. The gate fee is $30 but was charged to receiver with no lumper fee. They have security and ample parking. Nothing to eat nearby and there's construction on I75 near there. Otherwise seamless

I get there at 12 midnight and my appointment is at 03:00. And they have me sitting down there. Be the first one down there in the last one to leave and then when they start unloading me to take 45 minutes to unload me and I've been sit down there for almost 9 hours.
