This is an awful insurance company. My rates were low at first but then went too much higher after one at-fault accident.

You don't know the difference between a paper title and an electronic title and have taken three months to pay my claim. I've had to borrow and rent cars for way too long. You are very incompetent.

Now the letter saying you're going to cancel my roadside assistance because I've used services too much. I needed them for all the times I got stuck in the snow.
