Wow, such jerks at this location!! The female pharmacist here at this location, today, is so rude. She was upset that I even dared to call them on the phone number that is ON the website to call for prescription questions, then she put me on hold, which literally was silence for 15 minutes until I hung up and had to call back. All of a sudden she could talk for 3 seconds then hung up on me very abruptly after I asked her a question. This woman needs to be trained in customer service, or humanity, big time! I will not be going to this location ever again. Also, the call back system did not take an hour, as promised, when I called earlier to place the order... they did not return a call for more than 3 hours! Complete waste of time. Do they realize that we have options and can go just about ANYWHERE else? Well, I certainly will be going elsewhere. First and very last time I will use this pharmacy for anything.

I picked up my Wegovy a few months ago & NOBODY told me I had to keep it in the fridge because I did kot use it right away
The only reason I know is because they are out of Wegovy and I had to pick it up at a sofferent pharmacy today and they advised mw to store in fridge.
This is a serious matter for patient's health.
I also advised my doctor.
It is everyone's reaponsibility to advise patients.

I love the Store. And I see it's close to where I love. The Customer service is phenomenal from everyone, except this lady with the glasses she always be rude, always trying to intimidate me. I try to be the bigger person and ignore her yet my deduction is she thinks am from Jamaica and I am not am from Trinidad. I thought she hated black people not the case and soon as I come in the store it's intimidation tactics and attitude. She kinda a mature woman maybe in her 50 year bracket yet she wear glasses she always make my experience bad.

Waiting in the Drive-Thru 30 minutes. Not CVS fault but I think they should have told the person in the front car to go and park or something. Obviously there was a problem with his order. There was at least seven cars in line and I couldn't get out. I literally waited a half hour

Clean outside, signs above in the front of aisles was helpful. Cashier helped me key in information when I checked out-making a quick checkout possible.

Nothing in stock no feminine products when asked employees they don't even check the back they look and eachother and say everything is out. Plus this store is dirty go to a better pharmacy!

The CVS I used to go to closed so they transferred our prescriptions to this store! I have to drive a little farther but I'm not complaining because it's a beautiful store with great people and it's always a quick trip because the people are fast and efficient! They have a drive up window that I love! I don't understand people that leave a bad review because they didn't have a bathroom! It's not a truck stop it's a pharmacy! I know I am very happy with them!
