Dan and trainee came in and got the job done I wasn't in the house to see them but i could hear the vacuum none stop vacuuming away. Dan came for the first time yesterday and could not have been nicer or more thorough and informative during the visit. We'll see how things develop over time but CVA certainly seems like they are far more proactive, knowledgeable, and accessible than our prior exterminator.
