Garmin gps is not accurate. Pre-trip with Google satellite. They do not schedule appointments (brokers lie) Therefore, they do not go by any appointment time that the broker told you. They start at 0600. Overnight parking where the trailers are parked farthest from the building ( yonder a piece ). I checked in at 0600. Call to door at 0900. Empty and departing at 0930. Grateful that they allowed me to complete my ten.

This place sucks. Lady at the front desk is the only good thing they have here. They don’t care about drivers. The ones in charge of unloading are in a meeting and could care less about anyone but themselves. this place is a joke. arrived at 6am, is 5pm. and still waiting to get unloaded. I you don't belong to Tyson you are S O L. don't come charge double what they are offering you, make it triple

This review is mainly for the drivers who come here. Be prepared to sit for several hours if you're delivering.
I was told to arrive an hour early to unload here at this facility for my 8:00am Monday appointment.
You'd think that having at appointment time would make unloading times go quicker. Nope. Not here.
Arrived at 7:05am. Told to go park across street.
10:05am check back in.
Get told, verbatim "we will get to you when we get to you."
Back and forth with brokers, they send a few emails and 11:15am, yard hostler informs me that they have a door for me.
11:45. Unloaded quickly half a trailer.
I had no problem with the staff I encountered here, they were polite. It's the entire "waiting for several hours" process that I'm giving a *not so good* review about.

Nice folks, but let me warn you, don't be in a hurry when you get here. It usually takes them a few hours to get you in a door after checking in. That's how it always is with me every week. Check in is straight to the back with an awning over the door; can't miss it. Sign in and they'll either call or have someone come knock on your truck when they're ready for you. Quick unload though! They also allow overnight parking 👍🏼

Most if the time, if a place has bad reviews like this place does, it's because the drivers are just impatient. BUT, in this case they were all right. My load confirmation said to arrive anytime from 12 to 5pm to get loaded. I showed up at 11:30 am, checked in and sat there for hours. I didn't get into a door untill 5pm, and it took over an hour to get loaded. They only had 3 doors, and half the time 1 or 2 were empty. Not sure what the problem was, but they need to get in a bigger hurry than this and be a bit more cautious of our drive clocks. Paperwork said the load weighs 34000 lbs, but when I got to the scale, all that weight was in the nose of the trailer. They also need to distribute the weight better. I don't want to come back here

There is a really sweet older lady that works the desk please don’t be rude to her. I know some of you are just plain a$$ holes. She got the people who got me unloaded as soon as I got here they didn’t really want to do it right away but she asked the questions to get them to put me in a door and have my chicken unloaded. Thank you lady. I don’t think I’ll be here more than an hour and a half.i may have caught them on a slow day. I don’t see owner operators or their trucks moving at all. 🤷🏿‍♂️
