Overall if I could give them a ten star rating I would. The whole company was great to work with from beginning to end even on an extremely small project we were working on. They came out and gave us a recommendation for what we needed to do, their dispatch was responsive and followed up with us in a timely manner, their driver/operator that was on site was polite, early, beyond accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about his job, his machine, and what needed to be done to make our job successful. Being in a customer service ordinated business ourselves I truly appreciate the care taken by their employees every step of the way and realize how rare it has become these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Cross to anyone needing their services. Thank you again, we look forward to using you again when needed.
