Recently recommended a friend to do so some soil analysis with them. The analysis results took too long… the contact guy kept on giving excuses… once they sent the report, my friend requested for a brief explanation of the analysis to better understand and take necessary action. The contact guy would only be available from 7:00 pm which was outside the normal office hours. My friend complained to them about this and they reached out after a month. The communication was cold… there seamed to be lack of coordination from their side and the explanation of the analysis was very vague and unhelpful. Talking to them seams to be bother. Not a good experience at all and won’t recommend!
