Found this Gem around noon on a Tuesday. I bought three different croissants and they were all delicious. I also order a chai latte and it’s better than Starbucks which was my favorite. Lots of different croissants to choose from and if you also have time they serve breakfast and lunch to dine in. Great service. It’s pricey but does not disappoint.

I absolutely love their mango croissant, berry croissant, vanilla cube, and so many other delicious treats! Their savory options are also amazing. While I haven't tried their coffee yet, the ambiance is fantastic and adds to the overall experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

The croissants and pastries here are AMAZING. But it is always so crowded, you are not guaranteed a table. The line is very long and you feel a bit rushed. You can’t take a look at all the baked goods before making a decision.

Also, the seats are very uncomfortable, maybe even intentionally so to discourage lingering as it does get very crowded.

Overall, I recommend as a takeout place but not a good place to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastries.

Visited Croissante almost after two years. Came here when it opened and it was immensely crowded back then so decided to come with a tea reservation this time.

We decided to do high tea with friends and enjoyed our service. The assortment was good but 80% was sweet stuff. A balanced tea with more savory things would have been incredible. While we enjoyed the different delicacies, we felt the sweetness got to us after a point and we couldn't eat more.

Regarding the tea, the team only provides you with one type of tea for the table. This was weird because I have been to several tea places globally including ones in the Bay Area where everyone gets to pick their own tea. Here we had no choice but the table had to pick one. This was not the best after paying so much money for each tea.

The ambience is diff from most tea places too. It was a regular cafe style place and we had to share our table with another group during tea. There were places which fit 4 people and I was hoping we would get an exclusive table for 4 people reserved since this was a reservation after all.

Overall a slightly underwhelming experience compared to most places I have been to for tea.

Everything taste good but nothing wowed me. We tried chocolate almond croissant and it was ok. Mango croissant tasted good. French toast croissant was delicious but I wish they had some berries next to it. Our savory option was spinach artichoke cream brioche and it was just ok. My matcha latte was delicious. Considering the hype of the place, I was expecting more

I'm surprised the rating is not 5 stars. I think it's because this place is so packed that if you rate it 5 stars, you will never able to sit there to enjoy your brunch.

Hot dog croissant was awesome. I love bagel dog and this is much tastier and healthier (less carb).

Hazelnut croissant had jam inside along with chocolate.

Ham and cheese was good! Gruyere cheese. Tasty!

Overall, all the croissant was very fluffy and crunchy. You can taste the buttery taste but not overwhelming like some places. They have interesting drinks too besides coffee/espresso. They also have interesting bread. Will have to try it some other time.

The only bad experience I had was this 50+ years old Asian woman grab the table before getting the food claimed the mom is in line. The server politely explained the policy that she shouldn't hog the table before she purchase any food. (While 4-6 people standing, holding their food waiting for a table), then this lady made a scene said "I don't want to be kicked out, I'll talk to Sean" (I assume is the owner) she went talked to him and then got in line to get food. There was never a mother after she sat back down. What a shame! Felt bad for the workers and management there when you have to deal with someone so rude, blunt and entitled.

I often visit this croissant shop. It is the best place for croissants in the Bay area. They have great selections and fresh out of the oven. The croissants are fluffy inside and crispy outside. The butter is just perfect amount. It is a bit expensive, comparing to other places. However, it is a good place to have brunch.

impressed but this experience was great. Super flaky croissants and pretty good coffee. I tried to go the day prior around the same time and it was packed and everything I wanted was sold out so it’s kind of a crap shoot of when you should go. I got:

Ham and cheese croissant (5/5): super flaky. I don’t know what cheese they use but it was great.

Chocolate croissant (5/5): I’m picky about chocolate croissants but this one was great. A good amount of tasty chocolate and another flaky response.

Iced white mocha (4.5/5): last time I did not particularly like their coffee but this one was pretty good! A little sweet but I enjoyed it.

Overall great experience!
