The employee who helped me yesterday did an outstanding job. I had forgotten to reorder checks, and she helped me facilitate that while also assuring me that I would have checks to use in the meantime.

My parents were charter members of this credit union in the 1950’s in Ferndale, and I am continuing that tradition. The name may have changed, but the service remains the same.

Waterford Michigan. I had an account since 1999 and was treated very disrespectfully after auto loan was tied up in probate court. Payments for the auto was on time and the bank repossessed the vehicle along with the bank taking repossessed fees out of my account with without permission. I took my money and closed my account in Berkley. Highly disappointed.
