Really enjoyed our visit and the food was good. I had the gumbo and it was great I just missed the okra but loved the sausage in it. It is a just a little too spicy for me but Good. Waitress was very nice. Place was clean. I wish it had a little more light we like to see what we are eating. But we enjoyed our visit. Just a little pricey. But you do get big servings so that evens it out. Thanks yall for a great experience.

The white haired bartender is walking around and loudly cussing, it’s dark inside and humid, Burger was not that good and kept falling apart because the patty was cut in half before it was put on the bun but the hand cut fries are good. The Gumbo and mini egg rolls were good. Employees brought in outside food through the door at the bar and started eating it which is kinda weird that they don’t eat the food from where they work 🤔.
Our waitress was great this time. Very calm and attentive and very polite.
Edit for owners response:
Sounds to me like you don’t have the slightest care as long as you are making money.

We are always looking for a new seafood joint! We aren't from the area, only here for an apt. We were thrilled to find this place. Ms kimmy was great and the place was clean. Most importantly, bathrooms were tidy!! 😉 😜 fast service and yummy food. Only thing is hubby said there were a lot of small crawfish but out of the 3 pounds, he ate every bit so nothing terrible!!

Crawfish Warehouse in Jasper, Alabama was a great lunch for something different. I'm rating it as a 4 but in reality it was a solid 3.5! The atmosphere was nice and the service was really good. My detractors are only a couple, but in my opinion they were enough to take away from the overall experience. The first one has to do with the food itself. While it tasted great, my crab legs were slightly undercooked causing the meat to not slide easily out. Not that big of a deal. My wife had grilled shrimp that were a little overcooked causing them to be slightly rubbery. Also not that big of a deal. She also got some boiled shrimp that were slightly undercooked. Both had great flavors though. The half dozen fried oysters were excellent with some of the best french fries in Jasper. I also ordered a half dozen Cajun oysters that are chargrilled. These tasted good as well. I really want to try the Rockefeller oysters on our next visit. Our waitress was quite friendly and very attentive, checking on us several times and offering to refill our drinks without us asking. The only "issue" we had with her was when she brought our ticket, she said there wasn't any rush, but made it seem like there was a rush to get it taken care of. Overall, the detractors will not keep us from returning to try some options from the menu and we had a good experience. If you like seafood, definitely give them a try.

I won’t go back to this restaurant unless the quality of the food improves. Not too long after they first opened the quality was wonderful. I invited a few friends & family to eat with us. The food was outstanding. But I’ve gone back a couple times lately & what a difference. I had a catfish filet, 1/2 dozen fried shrimp, fried okra & a baked potato.
1) the catfish was soggy & tasteless, not crispy or hot. 2) the shrimp was chewy, tasteless & not hot. 3) the okra was tiny & fried to a crisp but not hot when it reached our table. 4) the baked potato was hard, not fully cooled, very small in size & again, not hot as baked potatoes are known to be.

I spent close to $100.00 for this meal for two people. The quality of the food was nowhere near worthy of that price.

The waitress was pretty friendly though not as attentive as she could’ve been because the place was not that busy, & the staff overall were not dressed like they gave a damn as their faces reflected that to be the case; not at all professional.
I also had an order of gumbo to go. When I got home I thought I’d just taste it to see if it was bad like the meal I’d just had. It didn’t disappoint-it was bad as well.

My favorite thing about this bad experience was the fried pickles, which were also overpriced for this type of appetizer, but nonetheless they were up to par.

So I called & spoke with the district manager. She was pleasant & understanding about the situation, but she said that if I had told the waitress while we were there, they would have done something about it. Then in the same breath she said that one of the owners had said at the last meeting that all comps should be stopped. So that tells me the owners are not willing to put the customers satisfaction first.

Hindsight is 20/20 as they say. I won’t be a patron of nor will I suggest anyone else should be a patron of this restaurant.

After several meals here I haven’t had bad dish. Everything has been delicious. The service is equally as great. I highly recommend the Tuna Dip.

This place is unprofessional. Although, our waitress was very nice..the busser would not stop bugging us. Every 5 minutes the busser would ask us if they can get anything off the table. Once or twice is fine, but when I said no…they made a dramatic face and reached over and pointed at my cup and said “what about this”. This is not only annoying as a customer, but also very unprofessional.
The food was okay. I asked for GRILLED shrimp and instead got boiled. I didn’t complain, but some of the shrimp were bad and had a ‘off’ flavor. The food is overpriced.
The drinks are good though.
