Are waitress Ashley with 4 stars was so awesome. She is extremely happy and respectful and her energy is so amazing, that it makes you happy just meeting her. We had a first, at this Cracker Barrel, during our annual Christmas Shopping Day in Port Huron. My wife's meal, her favourite menu item, was sub par. Very unusual for this location.

For the first time ever she shared her dissapointment with her server; she felt so bad doing it, but it was warranted.

The staff responded quickly and so well that we were relieved and enjoyed yet another great Cracker Barrel Port Huron meal. Well done! Thanks!

The food was delicious as always. However, our experience was made even more wonderful by our server Shelley. She was so nice and always made sure we were taken care of. She made me smile with her genuine kindness. She was very busy but was prompt and attentive. It's so refreshing to have amazing service and a genuine smile that makes you feel at home.

I love Cracker Barrel and became a rewards member recently. At your Port Huron location, I asked about a white ceramic ghost 18" that you had for sale but this location was out of stock. I was told since I was in Canada I was out of luck. I could check other Cracker Barrel stores but I would have to call each of them. I had to inquire as to where the next Cracker Barrel was located. It was 40 min away. Since I do not have service in US I was unable to call. When I got home I tried to order the item from your warehouse using a US depot to ship to. The order would not go through as the shipping address was not the same as the billing address.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
It was a white ceramic ghost 18" with led lantern.

Our experience today at Cracker Barrel in Port Huron, MI was exceptional. The servers were attentive, food was excellent, and Erica (hostess) deserves a special shout out. She initiated conversation, and was very kind. ***She told me she loves working here because the people are like family! Other staff were also wonderful.

Our server Jayden was top-notch. She was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Saturday special and the $5 take home meals. She is truly an asset to the restaurant. The food arrived quickly, was hot, and delicious. We were very happy with our meal and service.
