Stayed here during the response to Hurricane Milton. |This was a great experience. The staff here from Gina Long, the sales manager to the Bistro team, Yaya, Karina, and Rachel, and front desk associates, Lan, Han, Jayla, and Denise. The incredible smiles they kept on their faces even after being hit by a hurricane showed amazing resiliency, and it really showed their dedication to hospitality, making every guess feel at home. Extremely attentive and courteous. They all seemed like one big happy family and it showed in the work they did.||

Picked this hotel because it was close to family and the price was great. You can tell they are trying to do some upgrades. The front desk personnel were friendly and professional. The rooms were decent. The hallways smelled like mildew. Not sure if it was the icemaker or not. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had loud neighbors above us that bumped around most of the night.. it was an okay hotel for what we needed.

Positive: The front desk lady was incredibly nice and friendly. Negative: The stool that matches the couch was sunk in and damaged when we got there. We just didn?t use it but would have been nice to have been able to.

It's a solid no frills but nice 3 star hotel. Nice little indoor pool. Plenty of parking. Very clean and well kept.

Great location. We stayed here for the EV car chargers. Makes a big difference to start the day with a full charge. It is located by the interstate and several other hotels. Pool and gym.. no breakfast included but still good. Lots of breakfast options close by.

My room had an air conditioner that kept turning off so I had to move all my stuff to a new room. Wooden floors make it easy to hear people walking around above you

First and foremost your night audit Alec is a huge asset ti your hotel. He personally was the whole reason our trip was saved. I Can’t thank him enough for all he did. We did end up disappointed by housekeeping. The pull out couch had personal clothes from another guest

Hotel smells like a musty shoe. The smell hits you when you walk in and they try to cover it every morning with excessive cleaning sprays. Room was decent but the musty smell I couldn't get over.
