This is my first year trying these guys, but let me tell you coming in the door they was very nice . Helpful and truthful about their process.....no bs. Now I was even "Given", two free samples. I AM NOT SAYING THAT THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME ,BUT IT WAS NICE......and the sausage is great, love the philly,and maple brown sugar. And I got my euro mount from them as well. Good people
