Thank you Haley!!! The purchase went so smooth, the delivery was quicker that I thought it might be too.. I wish I would have made note of the driver and his son's names.. they did a great job getting the shed into the backyard and leveled up.. I've got a couple concerns, I'll take pictures and post them right here too.. there's 15 or 16 nails sticking out on the lofts 2 x 4 supports.. The door closed properly Tues and Wed.. but today I started putting some shelving units in and some totes, I went to close the door and it won't close all the way now..

This company put up a building for my family and is was done poorly. The building was not level at all. It's so unlevel that the door won't shut and you cannot even walk in it without it being unsteady. We called several times and talked with them and still after almost 2 months the building hasn't been fixed. I would not recommend using this company. They are unprofessional, won't do the job right, and are hard to work with.

Let me start out by saying the woman (Haley) at this location was AWESOME to work with. I usually hate having to deal with people who are trying to sell me something because they usually end up feeling so pushy when it comes to making a sale. She didn't make us feel pressured at all to make a purchase, but instead gave us time to look around the lot before coming out to ask if we had any questions.

We ended up getting one of the smaller buildings, and to be honest, I was skeptical about buying one of these at first since we have always built our own stuff, but the quality of the materials, as well as the craftsmanship is worth 5 stars alone. It was an added bonus to have such a kind, friendly person to be helping us on the lot. She really made the whole purchasing process as smooth as possible, and so convenient.

I waited for the delivery before writing this review, and even the man that made the delivery was absolutely awesome. We kind of had a smaller space where we wanted our building, and the guy was able to make it work and was able to put our building in the precise spot we wanted it.

I have to say, I am surprised that I am as impressed as I am with Cotton State Barns of Glencoe. If we ever need another building in the future, we will 100% be using this business again. I will also be referring my friends and family to them if they ever need a building.

I give this business a 10/10.
