Had a very nice meal here. The turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce tasted very good. The salad was a pretty basic green salad, but the greens tasted fresh and I liked the ranch dressing. I also liked the antipasti. The holiday decorations in the lobby and in the adjacent steak house were very festive (see attached photos). The decorations in the cafe were more modest. My server was very nice and attentive. She very kindly offered to bring me extra gravy. She and the entire staff there, from hosts/hostesses, wait staff, and the person I spoke to at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Though they were very busy, I was seated very close to my reservation time. The turkey serving wasn't super generous, but it was tender and had good flavor; I was not able to eat all the food I received (I finished the turkey, gravy and stuffing). I had to ask for a water glass refill but otherwise the service was very good. I would eat here again.

I went during a Saturday brunch time, and the place was packed. There were several issues with my experience, and I'll explain them here.

SERVICE
The service was lacking as things like refills and coffee were not kept up. Though, this didn't seem to be the server's fault. How they split the sections put our server at a disadvantage as she had to cover a wall of booths all close to each other and our table, which was a distance away. There didn't seem to be a helper/hostess/busser around to help refill drinks, clear plates or check in. I feel like Madonna needs to take this into account to help things run smoother.

TRAFFIC

It was busy, crowded, and sometimes just chaos. I feel like Madonna needs to plan for long table wait lines. We were seated right next to the door and often felt like people were joining our party. I think restating the areas might help with this. Is there a way to change the Hostess spot to the door way leading to the hotel. There is a lot of lobby space and a bar that patrons could take advantage of while they wait.

SIGNAGE

Flow of traffic was also chaotic. Hanging directional signs from the ceiling and pointing out there are multiple bathrooms you can access might help with this. Also there is a picture of where I was seated. I think small standing signs to help point guest to the exit paths would help keep those dining and those trying to exit less frustrated.

All my complaints have to do with structural, and process issues.

FOOD

I had the hot sliced turkey. It was decent, turkey was a bit dry.

recently visited Copper Coffee Shop and was blown away by the experience. The vanilla coffee and hazelnut coffee were absolutely delicious—perfectly brewed with rich, balanced flavors. The Black Forest cake was the cherry on top, decadent and full of flavor, the perfect complement to the coffee.

What really sets this place apart is the unique atmosphere. The cozy yet modern vibe makes it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. If you’re looking for a great coffee experience in a one-of-a-kind setting, Copper Coffee Shop is a must-visit!

Lovely dinner after a long day's drive. Meat patty arrived in chili bowl to prevent getting the bun soggy.

Had the pink champagne layer cake for dessert because I'm here.

My server Forrest was great: attentive and fun-loving and ready with recommendations.

Really cool throwback restaurant. However, it is pricey. We ordered a two egg breakfast, an omelette, juice, coffee, and toast. Came to just under $75. That is an expensive breakfast! Incredibly delicious, but way too costly. Also got a slice of their pink cake the following day. The slice was huge and cost $13.99.

We stopped by Madonna Inn and bought the pink champagne cake and the chocolate cake . They are both delicious and its a large serving. The staff was very polite, and the manager, seeing that th were a few of us, came right over and helped expediate our orders.
It was a pleasant experience. I hadn't been there in many years, but its a unique place to spend some time. I recommend this stop for anyone .

Firstly, it was definitely worth the stop and high cost mainly for the atmosphere. It’s so unique and lovely. We had 2 egg plates and coffee. Each breakfast items was fine and pretty standard. The biscuit was dry. The jams were tasty. The bacon was a bit tough. The service was so-so. They were very busy. We had a reservation and still had to wait a bit to be seated. We had a pink champagne cake to-go and that was my least favorite part. Everyone says it’s “world famous,” but it was a big disappointment. It was very dry, overly sweet, and just did not taste very good. It tasted like chemical food dye. It was fun to come and enjoy the decor and get to soak in all the kitschy vibes, but don’t expect a high culinary standard.

A great atmosphere to have a nice breakfast with friends. We came back to our old stomping grounds as we moved away about four years ago. Bought dessert for the week!
