Stopped by this spot on a perfect sunny day and it was such a great place to hang out! There’s no indoor seating, so everything is outdoors with picnic tables and benches — giving it a nice, casual vibe.

The sausages were really good with plenty of options to choose from. The only downside was the buns — they were super dry. The fries were super crispy and delicious.

Just a heads up — the line can get a little long during meal hours, but it moves pretty quickly, so don't let that stop you.

Every time we visit Solvand, Copenhagen Sausage Garden has quickly become our go-to spot for a casual yet delicious meal. Their selection of gourmet hot dogs and sausages is truly impressive, their friendly staff is happy to explain the menu and make sugestions. I tried their signature Danish sausage with all the traditional toppings and was blown away by how juicy and flavorful it was.
The beer selection perfectly complements the food - a great mix of local craft options and authentic European brews. The outdoor beer garden atmosphere adds to the experience, making it a perfect spot to spend a relaxed afternoon with family.
Definitely worth seeking out if you're in the area!

This place servers a great number of kinds of sausages. They have a ton of sauces to choose from with sauerkraut at a more than fair price. I would highly recommend this place for friends or family.

Lower your expectations and you’ll have a good experience. The beef hot dog was nondescript and the bun was dry, almost stale. The fries and other meats we tried were much better. The service was slow and the server was confused about our order when he delivered it. If you like that crowded feeling, you’ll love the place. I found it difficult to get a table and the condiments stand and restroom were hard to keep up.

During our visit to Solvang, we visited this local sausage establishment. The food quality was satisfactory, and the beer was exceptional. However, the separate charge for a sausage bun was unwarranted. Limited seating and unsanitary restroom facilities detracted from the overall experience.

Bit of a wait but once you order you get your beverages right away and food is brought to you. Decent beer selection to pair with sausages or pretzels. Chill vibe sitting at the picnic tables. For two people with tip meal was about $75. What I have pictured is just what i ordered.

Nice outdoor spot with good Bavarian food selections. You order at the entrance and then they bring food out to you. Somehow our order was lost, and we asked about it about 20 minutes later. The host apologized and offered a comp to make up for the error. We shared 3 sausages, a big pretzel, and (free) potato salad. The pretzel was soft and flavorful. The sausages were spicy, as we hoped they would be. The potato salad was also very good. They had a good selection of sauces and dressing for the sausages. Also, a good beer selection. Also, even though the setting was outdoors it was well shaded and comfortable.

First time to try Copenhagen sausage, the wait was about 50 minutes, not sure if it was worth it or not! The atmosphere and the service is great, the sausage was (ok) but not worth the wait, somehow warm but definitely not hot, the sauces were great and the selection is amazing, the beer was good too
