Definitely wish I would’ve read reviews before having my perspective employer assign my DOT drug test and hair test at this location!

Other than the ridiculously long wait time. I think it’s part of the protocol to make us wait an hour… which is fine I guess. Urine collection went fine…. Other than tablets, being slow and the software malfunctioning. It was pretty smooth up until the hair test collection. I was offered a choice between using my arm hair or to cut my hair. I said collecting for my arm hair is fine. It’s been over a year since my last hair test and I wasn’t worried about anything. I just thought I’d rather use my arm hair than have my haircut. It’s finally grown out and over shoulder length. The problem was the female medical staff (not sure if a nurse or lab tech) said my hair was too fine on my arms. It’s almost like because the guy was training they wanted him to get experience cutting from a persons scalp. I think I had enough hair between both of my arms for it to work. But hey; they are the professionals. Tell me why after having previously 4 hair follicle tests done before this experience; I have lost all faith in allowing anyone training to do anything on me. I asked before he began to cut if they would be using multiple sections. She reassured me that they would; however After only on snip the female said that’s enough; I turn fast enough to see that No; that was way too much hair! A section larger than a dime… a chunk of hair. I expressed instantly that they took too much hair and they didn’t take from multiple areas like they had assured me. The female had no remorse, only trying to explain they were doing what they are supposed to even though the example was right there; showing way less hair than what they took. She said they aren’t barbers. Absolutely not taking any accountability at all for the mistake made. Then even said they are in training like I was going to be just okay with that excuse. No empathy. Not even apologetic. No remorse. I had enough of her lack of acknowledgement that I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was a little better kept saying sorry 😞 however nothing can fix the situation or make it better! I just have to deal with their mistake. I explained that I had hair tests done at the Swan Island and Airport locations without questioning the amount of hair taken. Ridiculous on who ever allowed two training staff do this without experienced supervision or proper training from another seasoned staff member.

Jokes on me. I’m not going to take the job; because it’s OTR 4 to 6 weeks out at a time. Not sure I can be gone that long without my home life situation completely falling apart!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I arrived after a long hour-long commute from work for a scheduled drug screen and checked in as instructed. While waiting to be called back, I used the public restroom in the lobby. When I came out, the staff asked if I had just used the restroom, and when I said yes, they told me I had to leave and come back the next day.

I explained that I had just had a cup of water and already needed to go again, and asked if the concern was due to potential dilution. Instead of offering any kind of solution or clarification, they said, “We close in 45 minutes, and we’re not going to wait for you to work up another pee.”

I was confused and tried to explain that I hadn’t anticipated this being an issue, especially since there were no signs anywhere stating you shouldn’t use the restroom before a urinalysis. Despite this, I was repeatedly told to leave. It felt like the staff simply didn’t want to be bothered or were ready to mentally check out for the day.. well before closing time.

If I had used the restroom just five minutes earlier, before entering the building, they’d never have known. But because I used a bathroom in their own lobby, they refused service with 45 minutes still left in their day. Completely unreasonable and poorly handled.

The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, we’re not allowed to leave the building, which makes the situation even more uncomfortable. I understand that the staff are friendly and doing their best, but almost four hours of waiting is simply unacceptable. Something needs to change.

Great experience with my CDL physical. Price is twice as much as I used to pay but if I don't renew I can't drive. I would like to have a nicer laminated med card that I see my drivers bring to me to make copies for their yearly updates. Its hard to put away a full page in my wallet...

It’s my third time coming to this location and I needed an audiogram (about a 10min) exam. I showed up at 11am and waited in the lobby until about 12:10… once they brought me back I finished my test and they took me to a room to wait for the doctor to check my ears, again I just kept waiting… I looked out the door several times with no staff in sight and finally when I did find a staff member they offered to check on when the doctor would arrive. THE DOCTOR FORGOT ME, and they were missing the equipment to check my ears from my room. Finally I was able to leave at 1pm but 2hrs for a 10min exam is pretty crazy.

The doctor giving the pre employment physical was a very good person with professional manners.
On the other hand your staff at the front desk is a different story and could use some courtesy lessons. A young lady was blunt and not very friendly when I didn't do my online check-in a second time. I explained I did it just before leaving my home for this visit. She then handed me a stack of paperwork to be filled out by hand, and it was the same questionnaire I did for my check-in.
I told her it would be easier for me to go online again, than write everything out.
She refused to let me fill it out a second time and said they need these so they have paper copies. I asked why couldn't they print out my online forms and her reply was ,"Because this is how it has to be done."
I did my check-in a second time with a smile, not to even get a smile back.
Apparently some people forget that they work for their patients and we don't work for them. Reality check time, young lady.

Office and personnel on site were very polite great front end... But the labs or particularly whoever makes a phone calls for the labs gets negative Stars this woman with a thick Hindu accent was angry which is understandable but took it out on me refused to take my prescription number insisting she needed last month's which I don't have you throw away a bottle when you're done with it and I spoke with a doctor's office and they said it is not normal practice to ask for multiple RX numbers.. still waiting on my results because that person will not file my lab results
